Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Onboarding Specialist
responsible for providing a seamless onboarding experience for new
members.
Key Responsibilities
Create a positive first impression by gathering necessary
information for new members
Manage member inquiries through calls, emails, or chats within
established turnaround times
Document all communication and hand off members to the Member Care
Services team once fully onboarded
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a
call center environment
Strong people skills and ability to build relationships with
stakeholders
Well versed with healthcare and medical terminology
Exceptional time management skills and ability to work
independently
Exceptional computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
Suite
