Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to
assist members in retaining their policies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to members requesting to cancel their
policies through inbound calls
Listen and investigate to find solutions that retain members
Handle sensitive situations with empathy while adapting to changes
in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
1+ year of successful Customer Retention experience in a fast-paced
call center
1+ year of customer service experience
Proven ability to implement retention strategies
Experience using and learning complex computer systems
Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus
