In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy, fostering strong relationships with key partners, and driving revenue growth through collaborative initiatives.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan to identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage and nurture existing partner relationships, ensuring effective communication, joint planning, and successful co-selling and co-marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align partnership activities and maximize the value delivered to customers.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and direction to the partnership team, including setting goals, providing coaching and mentorship, and ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Represent the company and serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem to identify new opportunities and adjust the partnership strategy accordingly.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel relationships.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking to measure and optimize partnership initiatives.
• Familiarity with the industry landscape and a deep understanding of the competitive environment.
