Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Performance Specialist
who will design, implement, and evaluate programs to enhance
employee performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement programs for assessing and improving employee
performance
Oversee the administration of performance management systems and
employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate training sessions and manage Learning Management Systems
(LMS) for talent development
Required Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in talent development, performance
management, or organizational development
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development,
Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a
plus
Proven ability to design and implement talent development
strategies
Advanced proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and using
data for organizational improvement
Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CPLP, or SPHR are highly
desirable
