Key Responsibilities
Develops and implements a standardized onboarding approach for
customers
Facilitates new customer onboardings by collaborating with internal
and external teams
Tracks and manages onboarding timelines, ensuring all necessary
documentation is completed
Required Qualifications
Experience in business administration, sales, marketing, or related
fields, typically requiring a bachelor's degree and three years of
experience
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and a strong commitment
to customer service
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Access,
Excel, and PowerPoint
