Established construction company located in North Houston is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team!


Focus includes-

Oversee administrative tasks related to onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, ensuring accurate data entry into HR systems and compliance through regular auditing.
Assists with document translation as needed.
Support the recruitment and hiring process.
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related administrative inquiries.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

Top consideration given to candidates with-
1-3 years of experience in a similar role
Must be bilingual, Spanish speaking
Ideal candidate has experience with an HRIS system (Viewpoint and Bamboo).
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong public speaking skills as essential for success in this role
Targeting- $65-85K DOE
