Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Loan Officer in Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with various professionals to
drive lead flow and support clients in obtaining financing
Consult with clients to analyze financial situations and advise on
appropriate loan products and the mortgage process
Assist clients throughout the loan process from application to
closing, ensuring excellent client service
Required Qualifications
Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record
of generating referrals
Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
Results-driven with the ability to work independently and
collaboratively
Professional time management and critical/strategic thinking
skills
3 years of proven success in self-generated mortgage loan
origination (preferred)
