Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment in a
professional manner
Respond to inquiries accurately and document call details
accordingly
Ensure compliance in processing and take accountability for the
entire workflow from receipt to resolution
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or
insurance provider preferred
Strong customer-centric mindset
Comfortable with technology
Competitive team player striving for excellence
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
