A company is looking for a Content Strategist to support
self-guided and assisted services.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and improve their journeys and
experiences
Assess content performance and contribute to organizational
planning
Set up standard operating procedures and ensure effective content
delivery plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
5 years of experience in content strategy, content design, or
knowledge management
Expertise in content management systems and modern content strategy
methodologies
Experience developing content strategies for multichannel
environments
Functional knowledge of tools like Oracle KM and JIRA
