Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Matter Information
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming Accounting Service Desk tickets
Perform time card edits and process transfers and matter
maintenance tasks
Update and manage address changes and obtain backup documentation
for disbursements
Required Qualifications
1 year of client billing or related experience
Experience with Aderant, ChromeRiver, and ServiceNow
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance, or similar field preferred
Law firm experience is preferred but not required
Must have internal customer support knowledge
