Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations
Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the implementation of Employee Relations strategies and
ensure consistent application across the organization
Conduct complex investigations related to employee issues and
prepare investigative summaries with recommendations
Advise business leaders on resolving employee relations matters and
mitigating risks to the company
Required Qualifications
10+ years of HR experience with 5+ years managing complex employee
relations issues
Excellent knowledge of current employment law and best practices in
Employee Relations
Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and propose
practical solutions
Ability to apply discretion and sound judgment in managing
sensitive information
MBA/MA or JD preferred; global experience is a plus
