Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Shareholder Services to lead
its Shareholder Services department.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the shareholder services department, ensuring
smooth operations and high service levels
Ensure accurate and timely processing of shareholder transactions
and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing
their needs and ensuring satisfaction with services provided
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
7-10 years of experience in shareholder services or stock transfer,
with 3-5 years in a leadership role
In-depth understanding of stock transfer processes and shareholder
records management
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including SEC rules and
IRS guidelines
Knowledge of industry-standard transfer agent software and
shareholder record-keeping systems
