Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial service companies
to drive product success and customer retention
Analyze product adoption data to identify insights and potential
risks for customers
Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience and
provide feedback on product utilization
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing multiple accounts or 1+ year in the
home services industry in a managerial role
BA/BS degree preferred
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment
Proven ability to manage multiple projects using data-driven
decision-making
Intermediate understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue
business models
