client experiences and support their insurance agents.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer configurations and provide support for their
work
Document user experience and pricing test scenarios
Manage customer meetings and requests for new features or bug
reports
Required Qualifications
4-year college degree
Residence in the United States, Canada, or UK
Valuable Experience
Familiarity with the basics of Excel
Experience or interest in insurance and/or financial services
Experience or interest in enterprise software
