Job Description:
A company is looking for a Binding Operations Coordinator to
assist benefit underwriters with quoting, rating, and issuance of
new business.
Key Responsibilities
Perform policy rating and review incoming submissions for
completeness
Process quotes and issue policies in the policy issuance system
Support the Benefits Underwriting department with daily tasks and
workflow development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, actuarial, economics, risk
management, or a related field
6 months to 1 year of related experience in risk, finance, or
insurance brokerage support
Health Insurance Underwriting experience is a plus
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in the Health
Insurance Industry
State Accident and Health Insurance license is a plus
