Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Specialist (Secretary of
State Filing).
Key Responsibilities
Interact with state agencies and filing partners to fulfill
customer orders and confirm filing requirements
Engage directly with customers to address their questions and
concerns via chat, email, and telephone
Organize and manage a large number of tasks while coordinating
solutions with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the corporate legal field or managing
compliance filing across multiple jurisdictions
Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and prioritize
effectively
Experience in maintaining customer accounts and troubleshooting
issues
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack, with a willingness to
learn new technologies
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of
a team
