Total compensation for this role ranges from $86,000 to $100,000 annually. This amount includes your base salary and a bonus of up to $12,000 per year, which is paid bi-weekly. You'll have the chance to lead, mentor, and create lasting change:Mentor and Inspire: Coach and actively manage RBTs, helping them develop into skilled and compassionate clinicians.Deliver Transformative Care: Lead a caseload of 6-9 children, providing 145-150 hours of care per month.
