compensation for this role ranges from $86,000 to $100,000
annually. This amount includes your base salary and a bonus of up
to $12,000 per year, which is paid bi-weekly. The bonus is earned
by providing additional hours of care and completing parent

a BCBA at Pine Cone TherapiesAs a BCBA at Pine Cone Therapies, your
role is so much more than just managing cases. You'll have the
chance to lead, mentor, and create lasting change:Mentor and
Inspire: Coach and actively manage RBTs, helping them develop into
skilled and compassionate clinicians.Deliver Transformative Care:
Lead a caseload of 6-9 children, providing 145-150 hours of care
per month. Develop treatment protocols, conduct parent trainings,
and celebrate every milestone achieved.Collaborate and Innovate:
Partner with OTs, SLPs, and other experts to deliver holistic,
interdisciplinary care.Grow Your Expertise: Access free in-house
CEUs, a $500 annual CEU stipend, and leadership training
