Job SummaryResponsible for managing the Scope, Schedule & Budget for major capital construction projects. Projects range from $80-$120M and have significant impact on corporate financial and operational commitments. Assist in developing long range capital plans & forecasts as well as SME for each region related to new construction / renovation projects. Take the lead on new technology projects within Sysco and oversee their implementation (Electric Vehicle & Photovoltaic, alternate energy).RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively managing the scope, schedule & budget of assigned capital projects. Ensure capital projects are fully delivered within the assigned timeframe and budget. Provide notification to management if there will be a deviation from expectation and provide mitigation plans. Capital projects range from new builds to expansions and renovations.
• Develop bid documents with Developers/General Contractors to execute Sysco capital projects while protecting the corporation's interest.
• Mediate and resolve project conflicts. Define, negotiate, execute contractual obligations in support of Sysco Capital Projects.
• Providing status reports to all project stakeholders, EAM leadership and ELT.
• Developing "all encompassing" construction estimates for future capital projects to be incorporated into FY plan.
• Assist EAM facilities with renovations and emergency work.Education Required:BS in Engineering / Construction / Related FieldEducation Preferred:MS or MBAExperience Required:15 years minimumExperience Preferred:20+Licenses/Certification Preferred:PE, PMP, LEED AP (BD&C)Technical Skills and Abilities:Ability to read and understand blueprints, contracts, engineering documents.Physical Demands:Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
