specialist group within the Management Consulting team that
provides industry-leading solutions and services to Chemicals,
Mining, Metals, Building Materials, and Forest Product industries.
An important aspect of our work is to apply digital solutions and
services to help our clients transform to a new way of working -
focusing on worker safety and productivity, asset performance,
operations optimization, and innovative and effective supply
chains. We collaborate with technology alliance partners as we work
with our clients to strategically assess opportunities and
customize solutions that address their challenges to achieve their
corporate strategies and priorities.About the Role:Are you
passionate about delivering impactful change in the Chemicals &
Natural Resources (CNR) sector? Do you have a strong background in
consulting and a desire to help clients navigate challenges around
sustainability and digital transformation? As a Manager in
Accenture's Resources practice, you'll take on an essential role in
driving meaningful client solutions and leading project teams to
success.In this role, you'll manage project delivery for key client
engagements, contributing to innovative solutions that meet client
needs. You'll work closely with clients to address their unique
challenges and help drive growth within the CNR industry.Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage Client Engagements: Lead consulting engagements focused
on digital transformation, operational excellence, and
sustainability within the Agro Chemicals / Chemicals sector.
- Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client
relationships, gaining an understanding of their challenges and
aligning solutions to drive business impact.
- Support Innovation and Thought Leadership: Develop and deliver
forward-thinking solutions that leverage Accenture's technological
capabilities, including SAP, AI, and Cloud.
- Contribute to Business Development: Support proposal
development and client presentations, helping to identify and
pursue new business opportunities.
- Mentor Junior Team Members: Foster a collaborative team
environment, mentoring junior consultants and supporting their
professional growth.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Maintain an understanding of
industry developments, sustainability practices, and emerging
technologies within the CNR sector.Please note, we are open to
hiring in most major cities across the US that are near to an
