Job Summary









Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components in HVAC & Chiller in Central Utility Plan. Assist with electrical equipment and plumbing systems. Schedule/Shift: 4 day work week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) 3 consecutive days off (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) (1) 12 hr. weekend shift 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (1) 10 hr. shift 9:00 pm - 7:00 am (2) 8 hr. shifts 11:00 pm - 7:00 am Things we offer you in this position included:

  Essential Duties
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • Performs planned maintenance, repairs, modifications and general facility maintenance.
  • Responds to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants.
  • Requests may include plumbing, HVAC, lighting, roofing and electrical.
  • Diagnoses building management/energy management systems for faults and errors.
  • Assists other technicians in the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems. Interprets blueprints and schematic drawings.
  • Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately.
  • Takes readings from nominal equipment and makes timely entry into appropriate logs.
  • Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment.
  • Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Observes and complies with all company safety policies.
  • Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests.

    • Minimum of 2 years of Building Maintenance experience
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing or drywall required.
