Key Responsibilities
Assist guests in purchasing cruises by handling inbound sales calls
and making travel recommendations
Build lasting relationships with clients to drive loyalty and
follow up on leads
Explain cruise itineraries, onboard amenities, and pricing details
while maintaining accurate records of interactions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in telephone sales or a similar sales
role
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs
Experience in making sales over the phone and closing on the first
call
Ability to work in a structured environment with schedule
adherence
Proficiency with basic computer applications and equipment
