Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to
lead the development and enhancement of a global monitoring and
observability platform.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with development teams to improve reliability and quality
of software solutions
Lead and mentor a team of SREs, fostering a collaborative
environment
Collaborate with teams to design and operate scalable and resilient
software systems
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related
field
Strong background in software engineering and systems
engineering
Experience with automation and reducing operational toil
Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization
Ability to guide teams in setting Service Level Objectives
(SLOs)
