available.We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant to
join our team as a Midstream Subject Matter Expert. As a Senior
Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise and
guidance to our clients during software implementation projects.
Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand
their business needs, designing and configuring software solutions,
conducting training sessions, and ensuring successful software
deployment and adoption.You'll have the opportunity for rapid

such.Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration with clients to understand their business
objectives, requirements, and pain points related to software
implementation.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing systems,
processes, and workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for
improvement.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key client
stakeholders and act as a point of contact throughout the
implementation process.
- Partner with the Product team as an SME and contribute to
requirements and inputs.
- Lead collaboration with internal teams, such as software
developers and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of
software solutions into clients' existing infrastructure.
- Develop and execute implementation plans according to project
scope, timeline, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Lead software configuration, customization, and data migration
activities to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
- Lead training sessions and workshops for clients' end users to
ensure successful adoption and utilization of the software.
- Initiate ongoing support and guidance to clients during the
implementation process, addressing any issues, questions, or
concerns that may arise.
- Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and
documentation to support clients' understanding and effective use
of the software.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the
successful completion of the implementation projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are
delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality
standards.
- Provide guidance to teammates.
- Assist other teams as needed on support issues.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of midstream gathering and processing experience.
- Thorough understanding of Midstream accounting principles
including but not limited to allocations, contractual terms,
etc.
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting,
or related roles, preferably within the software or energy
industry.
- 3+ years of experience in configuring and customizing software
solutions to meet requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively
engage with clients, understand their needs, and convey complex
concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
fast-paced, remote, and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- A drive to continue learning, specifically about the energy
business and the W Energy Software.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strategically collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
implementations stay on track.
