Job Description:
A company is looking for a NCC Tier II Technician responsible
for providing excellent customer service and resolving network
issues.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor internal and external networks across a multi-vendor
environment
Carry out initial triage diagnosis on faults and manage fault
resolution
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on fault progress and
ensure service availability
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of NOC experience in the telecommunications
industry
Experience with DWDM, Fiber & Optical equipment
Familiarity with a multi-vendor environment including Ciena, Cisco,
and Juniper
Knowledge of OSP practices and troubleshooting Layer 2/3 issues
Ability to work flexible 24/7 shift patterns, including holidays
and nights
