We are looking for an experienced Lead Installer of Commercial Signage to join our team at Innovative Environments. This employee is responsible for supervising the installation crew on-site to ensure the crew's safety, quality of the installation, and effective communication to all parties. This position will also physically install ADA signage. This position will also physically install ADA signage.Essential FunctionsInstallation Review and Preparation

• Meet with Project Manager and review entire sign package (job)
• Evaluate time needed to complete the job (hours/days)
• Determine labor (men needed to install)
• Determine equipment/tools needed to install
• Determine transportation of crew and product or signs. Coordinate with shipping team, as needed.
• Ensure City code for ADA sign has been researched and providedInstallation Crew Management (on-site)
