Job Description:
A company is looking for an HRIS Reporting Analyst responsible
for collecting, analyzing, and delivering data insights to support
decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Administer the core HRIS with a focus on reporting and
analytics
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and ad hoc data
analysis
Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and collaborate with
stakeholders to identify reporting needs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday,
focusing on reporting
Experience with Workday reporting tools and advanced Excel
skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or
within teams
