Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the management of complaints, including investigation
and response to escalated issues
Support the investigation and response to customer transaction and
credit disputes
Collaborate with bank partners to address requests requiring
investigation and action
Help create and improve operational processes for the company's
products
Required Qualifications
Experience in problem-solving within a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with the ability to spot trends
Analytical skills and comfort with data across various tools such
as Excel and Google Sheets
Customer-focused approach with an emphasis on user interests
Experience with credit or debit card operational processes is a
plus
