A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Assistant/Title Production
Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Supports representatives and channel partners with contract
facilitation, order processing, and invoice reconciliation
Answers inquiries about products and services and may assist in
customer service functions
Tracks transactions, order status, and assists with client
relationships
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of experience in the Real Estate/Title industry
Proficient/advanced technical capabilities in Microsoft Office
applications
Customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding
expectations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
