A company is looking for a Data Entry Associate (Tech Support)
to support a leading telecommunications client.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data in internal systems
Manage dispatch tasks, ensuring timely coordination of service
requests
Monitor and track job progress, addressing any scheduling or
logistical challenges
Qualifications
Must have a reliable work-from-home setup, including a laptop or
desktop computer and a stable internet connection
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using computer applications, including spreadsheets
and internal systems
Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
