Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Medical Record Retrieval
and Review.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage teams of record retrieval specialists and nurse
medical record reviewers
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and
quality of medical record retrieval processes
Oversee daily operations and monitor key performance indicators to
drive continuous improvements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technology, business, data analytics, or a
related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven experience managing teams in an operational, medical, or
data-driven environment
Strong project management skills with a history of delivering
efficient and high-quality results
Technical expertise in Excel and experience with SQL for managing
large datasets
Six Sigma certification or experience in operational efficiency and
process improvement is highly desirable
