Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Partner Development to
lead and scale a partner development team in the Americas
region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a partner development team to achieve quarterly management by
objective targets
Manage and develop first-line managers to effectively coach Partner
Development Managers
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive partner-sourced revenue and
refine playbooks for partner growth
Required Qualifications
Experience leading partner development or channel teams in a
fast-paced SaaS or technology environment
Deep understanding of partner and channel programs
Experience with change management in complex environments
Proven leadership and team management experience with a track
record of developing successful teams
Experience in creating an inclusive team environment that fosters
trust and empowerment
