Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Ecommerce to lead its
digital product strategy and enhance the online customer
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own the digital product roadmap and strategically map website
changes to enhance user experience
Lead the transition to Shopify while optimizing conversion rates
and reducing churn
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute ecommerce
initiatives and drive measurable impact
Required Qualifications
Experience in a direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand with a minimum
of $50M revenue
Strong background in conversion rate optimization and retention
strategies
Proven track record in digital product strategy and website
enhancements
Hands-on experience with the Shopify platform
Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and their impact on
ecommerce performance
