Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Global Benefits to lead the
design and administration of global benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning, design, implementation, and compliance
of global employee benefits programs
Manage domestic and international vendor relationships and oversee
performance monitoring
Prepare reports for senior management on benefit plans performance
and costs
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of benefits experience, including global scope
and M&A due diligence
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's
degree or advanced benefit certifications are a plus
Expertise in health, well-being, and retirement program design and
administration
Proficiency with Google and Microsoft applications and benefit
administration systems, particularly Workday
Strong track record in managing benefit budgets and meeting
deadlines
