Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the
Client Team and drive key protocol initiatives for Optimism.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a team of engineers working on the Client Team
Empower the engineering team to achieve high levels of technical
productivity and reliability
Manage team career development through coaching, mentoring, and
continuous feedback
Required Qualifications
4+ years of people management experience at a high-growth
startup
Strong working knowledge of cryptocurrency protocols
Experience building crypto/web3 products in the Ethereum ecosystem,
with proficiency in Go and Solidity preferred
Experience managing geographically distributed teams
Ability to develop and ship long-term, complex engineering
roadmaps
