Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Sales Manager to lead a team
of Account Executives in achieving sales goals and fostering
long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed team sales goals and improve team performance
through coaching and mentoring
Manage sales processes and metrics using Salesforce CRM to optimize
team performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lead generation
and sales strategies
Required Qualifications
7+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with 5+ years in merchant
services sales
Experience managing a sales team of 5+ Account Executives,
including remote reps
Strong understanding of various pricing models in the payments
industry
Proven success in hiring and expanding sales teams
Bachelor's degree or higher
