Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee
frontend applications and collaborate with various teams to enhance
product features.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to introduce
and evolve customer-facing platform features
Mentor a distributed team of engineers and drive engineering best
practices
Set the roadmap for team deliverables and drive high-quality
product initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years of software development experience, including 1 year in a
management role
Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React,
NextJS/Remix, and Node.js
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and
continuous delivery
Proven track record of building and retaining high-performing
teams
