A company is looking for a Program Manager for the Agentforce
Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop processes, playbooks, strategies, and operational plans to
enhance customer success and organizational efficiency
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and
evaluate the effectiveness of tools
Manage cross-functional collaboration to address customer
challenges and maintain project momentum
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in management consulting, business, or
operations roles
Delivery experience in a customer success-related role is highly
preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA
preferred
Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving alignment
across teams
Strong technical aptitude and interest in learning Salesforce
applications and solutions
