Job Description:
A company is looking for a Utilization Management Behavioral
Health Professional.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize behavioral health knowledge to support coordination and
documentation of medical services and benefit determinations
Interpret criteria and policies to provide appropriate treatment
and care for members
Coordinate communication with providers and members to facilitate
optimal care and treatment
Required Qualifications
Active unrestricted registered nurse license or relevant behavioral
health license in Virginia
Minimum one year of post-degree clinical experience in a patient
care setting
Minimum one year of managed care experience
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability
to troubleshoot technical issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
