Job Description:

A company is looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator responsible for the administration and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform
Identify bottlenecks and develop optimizations and customizations
Coordinate daily ServiceNow ticket requests and perform issue resolution

Required Qualifications

US Citizenship
Bachelor's Degree
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
Working knowledge of UI policies, data policies, and business rules
Experience in configuring alerts, notifications, and service level agreements (SLAs)
