Job Description:
A company is looking for a Foreclosure Litigator with appellate
writing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Appear in court for a variety of legal proceedings
Draft motions, briefs, and memorandums of law
Conduct legal research and manage contested cases
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in motion practice of contested matters
Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania; New Jersey and/or New
York is a plus
Litigation and appellate advocacy experience required
Experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and eviction appearances in
Pennsylvania
Superior appellate writing and legal research skills
