A company is looking for a Consumer Learning & Development
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of training curricula and manage
deployment of training programs
Analyze metrics to ensure training effectiveness and alignment with
business performance goals
Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects and support
ongoing training initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional
design, or related fields
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage complex
projects and multiple stakeholders
Expertise in instructional design methodologies and e-learning
tools
Strong analytical skills to evaluate training needs and
effectiveness
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
