Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an office or customer
service environment preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with
CRM systems
Basic mathematical skills and comfort with data analysis tasks
Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
