Key Responsibilities
Oversee supply acquisition projects from planning to execution,
managing timelines, budgets, and milestones
Stay updated on industry trends and source new talent and
experiences by engaging with potential hosts
Manage vendor relationships, ensure leads meet quality standards,
and support vendor training and integration
Qualifications & Requirements
10+ years in creative development, project management, and supply
acquisition in travel, entertainment, or marketing
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related creative
fields
Deep understanding of travel, entertainment, and hospitality
trends
Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Experienced in working with engineering, product, and data
teams
