Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Provider (Physician/DO/MD) -
Full Time.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct intake medical duties and prescribe necessary medications
for treatment
Provide longitudinal maintenance care and collaborate with other
providers for member transitions
Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA
regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Active state license in Tennessee as a Physician (MD/DO) in good
standing
DEA registration with practice address in Tennessee
Minimum of 1 year prescribing buprenorphine and experience managing
OUD
Board Certification in Addiction Medicine and hospital admitting
privileges
Experience working in a team-based care setting with behavioral
health providers
