Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher to
join their Research & Insights team.
Key Responsibilities
Build and drive a research portfolio for the Security product team,
generating demand for research in the product development cycle
Identify, prioritize, design, and conduct user research,
communicating insights and recommendations for product
direction
Analyze existing data and designs to generate hypotheses and plans
for high-impact research, and create engaging reports and
frameworks
Required Qualifications
8+ years' experience with a Bachelor's degree in HCI, Human
Factors, Usability Engineering, or a related field
Demonstrable experience in improving product quality and strategy
with measurable results
Extensive experience identifying research needs and redefining
ambiguous partner problems
Demonstrated success scaling best research practices and
customer-centric behaviors in partner organizations
Desired: experience conducting research for a Jobs-to-Be-Done
Framework
