Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part Time Benefits Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Administer health, dental, vision, life insurance, and other
employee benefit programs
Provide guidance on benefits options and eligibility, maintaining
leave of absence records
Assist with 401(k) plan administration, vendor billing, and
compliance audits
Required Qualifications
Proven work experience as a benefits administrator or similar
role
3+ years in benefits management
Knowledge of government regulations related to benefits
Experience using Workday (preferred) and extensive knowledge of
Excel
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
