This would include, but not limited to, system maintenance, enhancements, and/or new projects including reports, documentation or workflow processes. Essential Functions

  • Participate in the development of electric operations process and standardization projects and enhancements that focus on creative solutions for customer and/or business needs.
  • Participate in the development of documented practices in order to thoroughly educate end users about changes and benefits of the project and enhancements being implemented.
  • Develop KPI's to analyze and monitor key stakeholders' information that affects the project outcomes. Develop reporting methods in order to identify trends and make improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with electric business to analyze and research issues that arise periodically within company systems.
  • Define the cause and effect of system issues to recommend and implement creative solutions that actively benefit key stakeholders. Education Description
    • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent competencies Experience
