Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Business Intelligence
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement data models and reporting solutions for
business analytics
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data and analytics
needs and lead the adoption of new tools
Support advanced analytics initiatives and coach other BI
analysts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science,
Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience with complex data sets in a
relational database environment
Experience in creating data visualizations using tools like Tableau
and Power BI
Healthcare experience and familiarity with EPIC systems
Hands-on experience with data warehouse architectures and ETL
design
