A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Sales
Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the sales enablement plan to meet pipeline and
revenue targets
Lead a team in implementing sales processes and optimizing the
sales tech stack
Provide training programs, onboarding, and educational content for
sales teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably
in software
Experience in sales enablement, leadership, and coaching
Strong analytical skills with a data-informed strategic
perspective
Highly organized and results-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment
