Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Communications to support
strategic communications and change management efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive communications and change
management plans
Facilitate large-scale change management efforts within the
organization
Build understanding and support for transformation at all levels of
the enterprise
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public
Health, or a related field
10 years of strategic communications support for federal and/or
healthcare organizations
Experience in designing and implementing large-scale communications
campaigns for healthcare organizations
Knowledge of healthcare business rules, operations, and needs
Knowledge of healthcare high reliability organization principles
and transformation
